WHAT IS FIT BODY BOOT CAMP?

Fit Body Boot Camp is the world’s fastest growing fitness boot camp brand, and we offer our members around the world affordable, convenient, 30-minute fat loss boot camps that challenge the body and deliver results every time.

Head Trainer/Co-owner

Hi!! My name is Frankie Diaz. I'm full of energy, extremely optimistic, and love seeing people smile!! I grew up playing sports all my life, so teamwork and staying active/leading a healthy lifestyle was something I always practice in life. Once my sporting days were over, I went to school for kinesiology and knew that's where my passion was. I loved learning more about the human body and its functions. I began my training journey at the age of 20. Throughout my years of training, I've been certified through 4 different CPT certifications, and plan on learning more.



I was first introduced to Fit Body Bootcamp in June of 2017, as I started out as a coach. I fell in love with the workouts, different formats, switch up on equipment, but more importantly the community we created. It's here that I met my business partners, Joel and Rhonda Rus! They were founding members who were 100% committed to a healthier life. We formed a great relationship over the many sessions we conquered together. We all knew how awesome FBBC was, and decided to turn our friendship into an unstoppable force as a team! A word that we like to use to describe us, in Genuine. We care, we listen, we laugh, we sweat, we cry, but most importantly, we change lives and do it together as a family. You don't have to be alone in this journey, and we are ready to help you get to where you want to be.
